Dear Commercial Booth Vendors,
Prospective Retail Business Operators, and
Prospective Food Vendors:
Thank you for your interest in Stephens County Fair. We are now accepting applications for new vendors for the 2011 season.
Below you will find links to the information you will need to begin the event process at Stephens County Fair & Expo. Once you have had a chance to look it over please give US a call or email and we can discuss available space.

The Fair Board would like to invite you to join us in the commercial booth area for the
2010 Stephens County Free Fair. The Fair will be Wednesday, August 25th through
Saturday, August 28th.
We are looking forward to an exciting 103rd County Fair and expecting great
attendance. The same large carnival will be here. It is one of the largest that come to
Oklahoma; the size that would play a state fair. The carnival is so big it must be set up
south of the Fair & Expo office. As we all take for granted, we will have great food in the
kitchen. The open rodeo is planned again for Friday and Saturday nights. We will
promote the Fair again in cooperation with the Convention & Visitors Bureau, which will
draw even more people to the Fair.
You are encouraged to create excitement in your area. You may collect entries at your
booth for your own give a-ways. If you do this, you will have a marketing base for your
use through out the year.
All indoor commercial booths are air-conditioned and will be in Territory Hall (southeast
room), the Winchester (southwest room), and the North end of the Arena. Outdoor
booths will be surrounding the buildings, barns, and north end of the arena. If you
respond soon, we will be able to accommodate your request for location based on your
previous years’ location. Soon all booth spaces will be on a first-come, first-paid basis.
Remember, you must pay for your space before it is guaranteed.
- The commercial booths will be open Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday &
Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Booths must be manned at all times during these hours. If
you have an outdoor booth, these hours are required as well. However, it is your option to be
open earlier or later.
- We invite you to offer items for sale, as you so desire. Please limit this to the agreed items.
If soft drinks are sold, they must be Coke products purchased from the Fair & Expo Center.
They are $1.25 for a 20 ounce plastic bottle; the resale price you may ask for is $2.00.
- Great News! The indoor booth rate is still only $75 per booth; and the outdoor booth rate is
only $100. Take advantage of this opportunity and increase the size of your area to two
booths.
- Set up times available are Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. or Thursday from
8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. If you need some other time, please contact Kristy at 580-255-
3231.
- We will have pipe and drape curtains dividing the booth spaces again this year. They will
divide the back as well as the sides. We can furnish at least one table for you and possibly
more if you need it. If you would like a skirt around your table, there will be a $15.00 charge
per table. This will need to be paid at the time you reserve your booth. We have folding
chairs available at your request.
- Booths may be taken down after 9:00 p.m. on Saturday. If you wish, you may leave your
booth on Saturday night and take it down on Monday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Any
late arrival or early removal may forfeit your participation in the 2010 Fair.
